This past week, I had the privilege to photograph at one of my favorite pre-schools, Covenant Kids Alive. Taking Cap and Gown Graduation pictures of little people that will soon be starting kindergarten. I truly love, the days that I get to giggle, make silly faces, and every now and then get that very special one that makes me laugh so hard, that I cry. Yes, it happened this past Thursday. I love those little people.
I got a wonderful unexpected call from a great friend and fellow photographer Autumn Smith, of Autumn Smith Photography. I went to a Purdue Event and 2nd shot with her. I heard some very inspirational speeches that night. I only wish everyone could have heard. What I walked away with; when you fail, get up, work harder and do it better :)
I ended the week, with a charity shoot. Elston Family Church, of Lafayette, Indiana was having a fund raiser to send the youth group to camp. They provided childcare, desserts and entertainment for the couples. I provided a free 5x7 print. It was a great group of people to work with. It was awesome to see some familiar faces, previous clients and meet some new ones.
I will be hopping right up to Easter this year. This month is filling up quickly. I am already scheduling into May. If you have newborns coming in the near future. Give me a call so we can pencil in their arrivals.
I still have dates available for Saturday weddings for 2011. Give me a call if you would like to discuss details of your special day!
Thank you to all of my family, friends, and clients that continue to make my job so wonderful.
